Many Daddies, Many Legs

Daddy longlegs

We discovered these daddy longlegs behind a stone plaque by our home.  These Opiliones are an order of arachnids commonly known as harvestmen with over 10,000 species.  I was startled when over a dozen daddy longlegs emerged from behind the plaque, but only these four stood still long enough to have their picture taken.
